1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Investments are not available to residents of restricted countries listed in our onboarding flow.
3. Investments
Every investment is asset-backed by farmland held through a licensed custodian. Target returns are projections, not guarantees. Please read the Risk Disclosures before investing.
4. Fees
A 1.5% annual management fee is charged on assets under management. There are no entry, exit, or performance fees.
5. Lock-up and withdrawals
Farmland is a long-term asset. Most plans have a 12–36 month lock-up matched to the harvest cycle. Payouts occur after each harvest cycle.
6. Account obligations
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide during KYC.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Existing investments will run their contractual term.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AgroFarm Wealth is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
